Both RCO and CO equipment are used for deep purification of organic waste gas, with the core purpose of oxidizing and decomposing VOCs. RCO usually combines heat storage and catalytic oxidation, making it suitable for projects that require improved heat utilization and lower operating energy consumption.
CO equipment has a more direct structure and is often used for projects with relatively stable gas concentration and moderate treatment volume. Both types require proper pretreatment before gas entry to prevent paint mist, dust, or high humidity from affecting catalytic efficiency.
During selection, gas composition, lower explosive limit, safety interlocks, catalyst adaptability, and maintenance requirements should be evaluated. A well-designed system balances purification efficiency, operating cost, and safety.
