Catalytic combustion equipment is mainly used for medium- to high-concentration VOCs waste gas. Under suitable temperature and catalyst conditions, organic pollutants are oxidized into carbon dioxide and water, making the process suitable for coating, printing, chemical, rubber, plastic, and surface finishing industries.
Compared with standalone adsorption equipment, catalytic combustion is more suitable for relatively stable waste gas concentrations and combustible organic components. Pretreatment, flame arresting safety, temperature control, catalyst life, and concentration fluctuation should all be considered.
In practical projects, catalytic combustion equipment can be combined with spray scrubbers and activated carbon adsorption boxes. Front-end treatment removes particles, paint mist, and impurities, while downstream equipment completes deep purification and improves overall safety.
